美国食品标签相关法规

美国一直高度重视食品标签标示的管理,不断修订相,目前是世界上食品法律和法规最健全的国家。现已有营养标签有关标准、法规超过25个。美国的营养标签法规主要适用于预包装食品(酒类除外)。

美国食品标签法规采用联邦法规的形式发布,以ART101部分来进行描述,包括以下几个部分。详细信息可参见美国政府印刷局网站:http://www.gpoaccess.gov.
